He graduated in 1975 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Craig and Beryl were married in 1976 and joined International Teams delivering Bibles and Christian literature behind the Iron Curtain. Two years later, he was appointed Vice-President of Program Ministries, overseeing missionary training and pastoral care. In 1986 he received a Masters degree in Intercultural Studies at Wheaton Graduate School. During this time, the Glass family attended Arlington Countryside Church where Craig served in a number of capacities including Missions Chairman, Director of Small Groups, and Elder. Craig remained with I.T. until March 1995 when he joined the staff of Willow Creek Community Church and helped direct “Legacy”, the men’s small group ministry. In the following years the ministry grew to over 100 small groups and 800 men. In 1999 Craig and his family followed their hearts to the Rocky Mountains and Colorado Springs. For 3 years Craig served with International Students Inc., becoming Vice President of Ministry. In September 2002 Craig took a leap to personal ministry of consulting, mentoring and coaching. His passion is to "lead others into relationships and experiences that transform their lives."
